How many people can ride?

Do I actually have to pedal?

NOPE! Leave the leg day at the gym — our bikes  the only thing you need to work out is your party playlist! We ride, we vibe, we celebrate. No sweat, no sore legs, just pure fun on wheels! Sit back, grab a drink, and let the good times roll!

Can we bring our own drinks?

YES, YES, YES! We are 100% BYOB, baby! Load up that cooler and bring your favorite drinks for the ride. Beer, seltzers, wine, mixed drinks in cups — whatever gets your party started!

Just a couple of house rules to keep the good times rolling:

• No glass — keep it safe for everyone!
• No liquor bottles — save the hard stuff for the afterparty!
• Cans, cups, and plastic bottles — bring it on!

Weather & Cancellation Policy

Mother Nature doesn't always cooperate, but we've got you covered! If weather forces us to cancel your tour, we'll reschedule you at no extra charge — no stress, no hassle. We'll reach out ahead of time if conditions aren't looking ride-friendly, so you'll never be caught off guard.

Please note: we do not offer refunds, but we do provide tour credit so the party is never cancelled — just postponed!

Is there an age requirement?

Waco Pedal Tours is fun for almost everyone — and we love seeing families and groups of all ages enjoy the ride! However, to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, we do have a few important requirements:

Riders must be at least 10 years old and must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. No exceptions.

All riders under the age of 21 are required to have a signed waiver completed by a parent or legal guardian before boarding. No waiver, no ride — it's that simple.

Riders over 200 lbs. are required to sit on our designated bench seats for safety and comfort. Our team will get you set up in the perfect spot so you can relax and enjoy every minute of the ride!

These rules are in place because your safety matters to us — period. We want every guest to have an amazing, worry-free experience, and that starts with making sure everyone is safe, comfortable, and accounted for.
