Our bikes can hold up to 16 people
Guest must be 13 or older to ride the bike. To pedal comfortably you must be at least 5'3" but if you're not, don't stress...take the bench seat! Unfortunately, due to the type of vehicle, customers over 325lbs will not be able to comfortably pedal, but again, may choose the bench seat.
Everyone pedals together making it relaxing and fun! Our bike moves approximately 5-10 mph making it a leisurely pedal. Whether you have 4 people or 16 people (or 30 if you want to rent both bikes), you definitely won't be huffing and puffing or breaking a sweat. We have an electric assist motor which can help move things along if needed.
With any moving vehicle there is some risk involved. However, our drivers are there to keep you as safe as possible. If you're still worried...we are happy to provide you with a helmet!
Our standard tours are 2 hours in length. If you rent a private tour, we book for 2 hours but we can adjust the length to what fits best with your wants.
Absolutely! All of our tours are BYOB, beer and wine only and no glass bottles. We make pitstops and have exclusive specials at local bars with downtown bars.
Our tour rates do not include drinks on the bike or at local stops. We have worked hard to curate great deals and exclusive specials solely for our guests, but riders should be prepared to spend additional dollars at each of the locations we visit.
As a general rule, once a tour is booked it is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule for any reason, you are able to do so within 48 hours of the tour for store credit.
In the case of rain, cold weather, or other dangerous weather conditions, our team will make a judgment call on all outside conditions for if it is safe or destructive to the experience to go out. If we cancel due to weather, we will work with them to reschedule their event.
As of right now, we launch our daily pedal tours at 3 pm, 6 pm and 9 pm. If you’re interested in a different time or tour than is scheduled, we have the ability to customize your experience through private rental bookings. For more info, email us at wacopedaltours@gmail.com.
Absolutely! If you have a private event you're wanting to do with us, we have 2-hour rentals available for $500 Tuesday-Saturday. With private rentals, we can customize start time, tour routes, music selection, bike decorations and almost every other element of the experience. You bet! We have a Bluetooth speaker on the bike that allows us to stream our own playlists or yours if you'd like to become the tour's designated DJ for the night.

Absolutely! We have general gift cards available through our book now button on this site. All you have to do is pick the dollar amount you'd like to gift and go from there.
We'd recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before launch time. That way we can ensure everyone signs the waiver, and that we have time to explain everything before taking off.
We'd recommend wearing close-toed shoes and something comfortable for the ride. Try not to wear anything that would dangle near the chain while pedaling. Imagine you're riding a regular bike to consider what to wear. Especially on a cooler evening, make sure you bring a sweater or anything else you might need to stay warm.
We can take a group of 2 or 30 out no problem. One bike holds 14 and the second holds 16.
If you're bringing outside drinks, you can feel free to bring a cooler with ice for them to be stored in. Additionally, consider bringing mobile accessories like wristlets instead of purses and definitely make sure you have your ID on the bar crawl.
